Unused credits are valid for 2 months, so they can be carried over to the next month.

Anything that re-runs the AI (regenerating the video, avatar, voice, or script) counts as a new generation and uses credits, because it produces new AI output.

Yes, on the free plan, you will receive 10 free credits every month.

You can change your plan at any time, and it will start a new billing cycle. All unused credits from your previous plan will remain available through the new billing cycle. You cannot switch from an annual plan until you have less than 10 credits left.

No, the credits allocated on the free plan are distinct from those provided with any of the paid plans. Therefore, they cannot be transferred to or used on paid plans.

You can cancel your plan at any time. Your subscription will be active till the end of the billing cycle.

You own all of your creatives, even after your plan ends. You can use them in any channel without limitations. All of the stock footage used in Creatify is royalty-free.
